Even before we met in person, Melissa came highly recommended. On our first phone call, Melissa was a great listener and responsive. We found a home and when we asked if we could see it - her answer was of course -"how about now". Long story short....we bought the house which we love. From the moment we were ready to sign the offer letter to the signing at close Melissa was with us every step of the way. She was there to provide professional recommendations for workmen at the house and answered all texts and calls within minutes. Combine an incredible personality and the loveliest smile with her professionalism and you have a wonderful realtor who really really cares. This is the second time I’ve worked with Melissa for my real estate needs. Melissa initially helped me buy my home and this time around assisted in helping me to sell the home. While the process of selling my home was a bit more labor intensive than the buying process, Melissa was as on top of the selling process as she was during the buying process. Melissa is always very professional with a personal touch as well and always made me feel as though the selling of my home was a priority for her. Melissa offered sound advice during the process, which helped get my wife and I what we wanted for the home , even during a shifting market. Melissa was a pleasure to work with while selling my parents home under very tough personal circumstances. She was extremely patient with us and very kind. She answered all 247, 962 of my calls and texts promptly. She even brought me soup when I was sick with pneumonia! I highly recommend Melissa (house sold in two days)!
Side note, I have friends/family members (shhhh!) that are real estate agents that I could of used but because of Melissa's involvement in our community and knowledge I reached out to her and I'm so glad I did!

I work in the insurance business and have needed help getting information to my customers regarding home values etc. Also, I've had customers call and need help finding a home or even a rental. She has the customers best interest at heart. On more than one occasion I've had customer call back and say she's the easiest and most readily available realtor they've ever worked with. If you're looking for a good realtor, then look no further. Melissa is outstanding. It's more than just a sale with her. Sounds cliche', but I really feel this way about her and i'm sure you will too.

Melissa was on top of the transaction 150%. Her personality is perfect for a real estate agent - she balances empathy for her clients for the sometimes taxing process it takes to buy/sell a home with setting realistic expectations so there are no surprises. She lives:breathes providing her clients with top notch service, being there when they need an ear or kind word to connecting clients with inspectors, vendors (ie roof), and helping connect you directly vs just handing you off.
I’m not sure i have the energy to go through another sale/purchase process but if I did, the one and only call I’d make would be to Melissa.

Mellisa was great to work with, very detail oriented, and knowledgeable. She showed supreme patience while our home search was packed with showings ,and schedule changes she stayed flexible and happy to help us . The house we purchased was found at 10pm and she got us a showing at 12 pm next day turned out the be the home we were looking for. My daughter was looking for a rental in Scottsdale and we had contacted over 20 properties/realtors. Very few of the realtors even returned phone calls and when they did it was days later.
