She also holds a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon School. Kevin McGourty, PhD, REALTOR® brings a unique blend of experience, insight, and thoughtful guidance to the real estate process. With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, he has successfully managed multimillion-dollar transactions across the U.S. and Canada. A Phoenix-area resident since 2006, Kevin has strong knowledge of both the East and West Valley markets and is dedicated to making each client’s experience smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, an MBA, and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), giving him a rare ability to combine strategic thinking with a genuine understanding of people. Outside of real estate, Kevin enjoys golfing, reading, and learning guitar.
